    • Receiving and catching stances

    • Throwing mechanics

    • Blocking

    • Bunt fielding

    • Pop-ups

  • Infield group session for baseball and softball players focusing on:

    • Backhand and forehand

    • Proper hand/glove/body positioning

    • Working through the ball

    • Fielding to throwing transition

    • Turning double plays

  • Our sports performance class focuses on enhancing strength, speed, agility, coordination and overall athleticism for youth to high school level athletes.

    Recommended age: 9-18
